... Significant weather advisory for eastern Platte... northeastern
Laramie... southwestern Sioux... Goshen... western Scotts Bluff and
extreme northwestern Banner counties until 1130 am MDT...

At 1028 am MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar was tracking
strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 5 miles southeast of
Guernsey to Torrington to La Grange... and moving northeast at 20 mph.

Hail up to one-half inch in diameter and wind gusts up to 40 mph are
expected with these storms... along with heavy rain and frequent
dangerous lightning. Rain rates around one inch per hour are
expected with this line of storms.
