Weather Watch... which is in effect from Sunday morning through
Sunday evening.
* Area and timing... northern mountains and Rio Grande Valley.
* 20 foot winds... southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 or 35 mph.
* Relative humidity... 5 to 10 percent.
* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
