... Flood Warning extended until Tuesday afternoon... the Flood Warning
continues for
the Big Creek near Alpharetta.
* Until Tuesday afternoon.
* At 930 PM Monday the stage was 8.6 feet... and falling.
* Minor flooding will continue.
* Flood stage is 7 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by Tuesday
morning.
* At 9 feet... minor flooding continues to expand further into The
Woodlands and fields along the creek from near Cumming in south
Forsyth County to Alpharetta and Roswell in north Fulton County.
The Big Creek Greenway experiences significant flooding... which
results in closure of most of the walking and biking paths. This
especially occurs upstream and downstream from the gage on Kimball
bridge Road and Rock Hill Park. A large portion of the YMCA
campground off Preston Ridge Road will be flooded.

            occurred with a few Road closures nearby.
