* hazard types... dangerously cold wind chills.

* Locations... northeast Georgia... mainly east and north of
Chatsworth to Dawsonville to Cleveland.

* Wind chill readings... 5 below to 5 above early this morning.

* Impacts... very cold wind chills will lead to dangerous
conditions for exposed skin.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This can result in
frost bite and could lead to hypothermia if precautions are not
taken. If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat
and gloves.
