The Flood Warning continues for
the White River at Des Arc.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:00 PM Saturday the stage was 27.9 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river is cresting and will remain near 27.9 through early Sunday morning.
* Impact... above 24 feet... many acres of farmland flooded within the
levees. Water is backing up bayou Des Arc and Cypress bayou.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue a slow fall to a stage of 24.2 feet
by Sunday morning.
