The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a
* Flood Advisory for
the Black River at Black Rock.
* Until Thursday morning.
* At 7:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 11.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast... less fainfall has fallen then was previously expected. Although
the river will remain below flood stage... the river will still rise
to near 13.0 feet by early Thursday morning.

A record rainfall of 2.51 inches was set at North Little Rock
yesterday. This breaks the old record of 2.35 set in 1980.
This was also the highest calendar day rainfall at North Little Rock
since March 21st 2012.

... Record daily maximum rainfall set at Stuttgart Airport...
A record rainfall of 1.65 inches was set at Stuttgart Airport
yesterday. This breaks the old record of 0.95 set in 2001.
Records for the Stuttgart Airport began November 1st 1942.
