... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 4 am to 4 PM PST
Sunday for snow...

The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow... which is in effect from 4 am to 4 PM PST
Sunday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect.

3 to 5 inches of snow is expected to fall over the northeast
corner of Washington beginning early Sunday morning and
continuing through the afternoon. This snow will impact the towns
of Colville... chewelan... Metaline Falls... and Northport. The
surrounding mountains will receive 5 to 8 inches of snow.

The snow will taper off by early Sunday evening.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
