... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4 am to 4 PM
PST Sunday...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow remains in effect from 4 am to
4 PM PST Sunday.

2 to 5 inches of snow is expected to fall over the Spokane area
beginning early Sunday morning and continuing through the day.
The heaviest accumulations will fall above 2000 feet impacting the
West Plains ... upper portions of the South Hill... and locations
near Mica Peak.

2 to 4 inches with locally 5 inches of snow is expected to fall
over the northeast corner of Washington beginning early Sunday
morning and continuing through the afternoon. This snow will
impact the towns of Colville... chewelan... Metaline Falls... and
Northport. The surrounding mountains will receive 5 to 8 inches of
snow.

The snow will taper off by early Sunday evening.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
