This rainfall will mainly affect locations along and east of a line from Coushatta Louisiana...to Ringgold...to El Dorado Arkansas. Isolated quarter inch...to one half inch amounts are possible over portions of central Louisiana.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Ouachita River at Columbia.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7 am Saturday the stage was 68 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 65 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 67.0 feet
by Tuesday evening.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Ouachita River at Monroe.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 6 PM Saturday the stage was 45.8 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 40 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 45.0 feet
by late Sunday night.
