Dense Fog Advisory

Expires 12:00 PM CST on November 21, 2009
Statement as of 4:01 am CST on November 21, 2009

... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until noon CST today...

A dense fog advisory remains in effect until noon CST today.

Fog will develop this morning with visibilities dropping to around one
quarter mile around daybreak. The low visibilities will likely
persist well into the late morning hours across south central
Kansas. Gradual improvement is expected by mid morning in
southeast Kansas.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down.
Use your headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
