* At 7:00 PM Friday the stage was 18.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 17.8 feet
by Sunday morning.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Illinois River at Meredosia.
* At 7:00 PM Friday the stage was 437.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 432.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will remain near a stage of 437.7 feet through
midnight Saturday. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* Impact... at 438.0 feet... main Road in Valley City overtopped
