Rounds of heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms will continue
through early evening. Some areas from Belle Plaine... to Cedar
Rapids and Dubuque... and points to the north... could receive 1 to
2 inches of additional rain through 7 PM... with isolated higher
amounts. Expect some ponding water on streets and highways... and
minor flooding from rain filled ditches. More serious flash
flooding is still possible through the evening. Stay informed with
the latest forecasts and statements.

Do not attempt to drive through flooded roadways if you encounter
them and slow down in areas of heavy rain.
