Now
Through 9 am...patchy dense fog will reduce the visibility to a quarter of a mile or less at times. Motorists should be on the lookout for sudden changes in visibility. The dense fog has been reported around the Jacksonville Metro area as well as along Interstate 10 in northeast Florida and over interior southeast Georgia. The patchy nature of the fog will drop visibilities quickly in a short distance. In addition...visibilities may become severely restricted near rivers...lakes...bridges...and low lying areas.
