this includes the city of West Palm Beach...

* until 1245 PM EST

* at 1141 am EST radar estimates indicate 2 to 3 inches of rain
possibly has fallen in the advisory area within the past hour.
Reports have been received that water is up to the lower door frames
in the roadways.

Heavy rainfall will cause ponding of water in urban areas, highways,
streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage areas and low
lying spots. Runoff will also cause elevated waters levels in canals
and ditches.
