Forecast

Today is forecast to be nearly the same temperature as yesterday.
Now
Through 530 PM...an old frontal boundary is retreating slowly northward across Osceola and south Brevard counties this afternoon. Along it scattered showers and perhaps some isolated thunder will be possible. The cells along this boundary will be capable of heavy downpours and gusty winds. This boundary will continue to lift northward through the evening and overnight. The best chances for precipitation will also be found along and just ahead of this boundary. Scattered showers will also be found over the coastal waters of the western Atlantic...especially off of Indialantic and northward to the east of the cape. A few of these stronger cells have exhibited rotation through the early afternoon hours and future activity may be capable of producing a short-lived funnel cloud or even a waterspout.
