* wind chill values... by daybreak Sunday... minimum wind chill
readings will be 12 to 15 degrees across southeast Alabama
rising modestly to the southeast to 16 to 20 degrees across much
of North Florida.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This could lead to
hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If you venture
outdoors... consider wearing a hat and gloves.
Hard Freeze Watch

... Hard freeze watch remains in effect from Sunday evening
through Monday morning...
* temperature... minimum temperatures will be 26 to 31 degrees by
daybreak Sunday producing a light freeze with total freeze
durations freezing temperatures of up to 8 hours. A hard freeze
with even colder temperatures is expected Sunday night into
Monday morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A hard freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
