through Thursday afternoon for gusty winds and low relative
humidity for the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan areas and
portions of northeastern Maryland...
* humidity... around 30 percent through sunset this evening. 15 to 25
percent late Thursday morning and afternoon.
* Winds... northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph through early
this evening. 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph late Thursday
morning and afternoon.
* Fuel moisture... less than 8 percent.
