The National Weather Service in Los Angeles/Oxnard has issued a

North to northwest winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph will

favored passes along the Interstate 5 corridor. Strongest winds
will likely occur late Sunday morning through Sunday evening with
local gusts over 55 mph. Winds will decrease and become offshore
