Synopsis
High pressure moves off to the east today with a wave of low pressure forecast to move east into southern Mississippi by Tuesday morning. Onshore flow is forecast to increase with seas building tonight. Showers becoming likely tonight with a few thunderstorms possible. The low weakens as it moves eastward on Tuesday with conditions improving late in the day. The next cold front approaches from the west late Wednesday with frontal passage and wind shift expected through the day Thursday.
