Synopsis
Surface high pressure will migrate eastward today as a low pressure system moves across the Central Plains. This will allow for a more southerly flow across the Gulf waters Monday. Winds and seas conditions will be unsettled as the seas will still be high. This will persist until Monday night. Expect light showers to develop over the offshore waters Monday afternoon. Southerly winds and seas will improve to below Small Craft Advisory conditions on Tuesday as high pressure spreads out and shifts east.
