High pressure will retreat to the north Sunday...then low pressure moves up the Carolina coast towards Sunday night and Monday. High pressure to build in ahead of the next front Tuesday and Wednesday. A Small Craft Advisory may be needed for portions of the waters Sunday night through Monday night.
